REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Volunteer Registration and Caddie Application opens January 1, 2026
​
Camper Registration opens February 1, 2026 at 8am
Registration and application closes March 31, 2026 or when spaces fill, whichever comes first.
Caddies will be notified of selection by April 15.
​
REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations received by April 30 will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations received by May 31 will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations received after May 31.
​
Credit card processing fees will be deducted from all refunds.
As a 100% Volunteer-led camp, we show our love and appreciation for our volunteers by offering these GREAT perks!

ONLY Adults who volunteer for the full week of camp receive:

1 FREE camper or caddie registration!

Pre-K/K sibling camp (only available to children of volunteers!)

Boys Unit camp (only available to children of volunteers!)
Can't volunteer the full week? No problem!

Volunteer for 3 days and receive 50% off registration for one camper or caddie.

Volunteer for 2 days and receive $25 off registration for one camper (no discount for Caddies).
